Excellent time to get to know Jerez de los Caballeros: today starts the Ham Trade Show. For a few days, Iberico Spanish hams (jamon) from Extremadura, Jabugo and Salamanca compete with each other.

This Exhibition has grown into one of the most important events for professionals who work in the sector, and also for tourists, of course.
Its program of activities includes contests (best ham, best ham carver), culinary conferences, tasting menus and technical meetings.
