Where can I pure iberico ham in the U.S?

oleolefoods.com, and also on the Internet, in Latienda.com. I once bought a small front quarter ham there. I've also seen it in a store in NY and Miami.

I started cutting my ham I found some mould on meat.
Is this bad? Does that mean it wasn't in good condition when it came or did I do something wrong?

If you live in a wet region it will be very difficult to avoid the the appearance of mould.
Nevertheless, it only affects the surface, so if you cut a slice of 1 o 2 mm it'll be OK. In fact, when the mould starts, removing it with a cloth is enough.
