A 5J ham sells for £180 a kg (sliced) at Harrods iberico ham house and it's £150 on Ibergour. Is it the same thing?

When I was at the Ham House they sliced it by hand right there. I guess that's the big price difference.

It's a good idea to learn how to slice a ham. Look for videos on the Internet and purchase a good cutting base. It's the only way to eat good quality Spanish ham without going broke.
